Alright......so far 16 folks have voted and there is only one "no" vote....hhhmmmm, I wonder who that could be???
Just so everyone knows, I plan on writing more than just things about Jen on here.....some will be humorous, some will be serious, and yet some will be ramblings......you can bet that there will be some sports and guitar/music stuff on here as well since I love those things in addition to my lovely wife and kids. My goal is to post at least once a week and reply to comments as often as I can.
Are there any official or unofficial bloggerland rules that I should know about? (Jen - do not respond because I will not believe you when you say that white males in their early forties, sporting a bald head, wearing glasses, with two children and a Goddess for a wife are not allowed to have a blog.)
Also, my lovely wife will be helping me spruce up by blog this weekend. I am sure I will have to keep a sharp eye on her so that she does not do something that screws this up and then tells me "Surely I do not know what you are talking about!!!".

looks like your blog is already a hit in this house. My husband has subscribed (even though he is not a commenter)and had already told me about this post. Thanks for the laughs!
Nice try Jenster--obviously Mr Todd has deep and meaningful things to tell us that you don't want let out! And btw, I do think it's a good idea to spruce up the blog over the weekend, Mr Todd. You currently have the same bloggie background as a girl named "Princess Baby Blue," who is sweet as can be, but somehow a much more feminine personality than yours (I hope?) You need colors and decoration that bring out the True Todd!
April - I'm glad Todd has a few male readers. lol
Barb - He's not very feminine at all, though ya know, he does read Nora Roberts. :o)
Just wanted to pop on here and say I think it's great that you are starting a blog too. I often read Jen's and she comments on mine, and I thing blogging is just the coolest thing to meet new friends!
My husband also blogs and it's funny because we will leave comments on each other's when we could just pick up the phone and call! We're nerds!! lol
Welcome to blog world!
There's a blog topic for ya right away--Mr Todd's thing for Nora Roberts!
There aren't any rules in blog-land, Todd. You write, we read. :) Don't feel bad about reading Nora Roberts - my husband reads Lynn Viehl. I'm not allowed to tell too many people that though. Hahahaha!
Hey, where are all the guy friends who are supposed to be reading your blog? ;-) Welcome to blogworld, Toddster. I plan on joining everyone pretty soon as well. :-)
There really are no rules to blogging (Jenster, hush). You don't want this to be a job, you want to have fun. So if all that's going through your head are a bunch of lyrics from some old 80's song - post about it and have Jenster show you Youtube (if she won't I'm sure your kids could). My blog is called Nocturnal Wonderings because I didn't want to give an impression that there was a theme. And trust me, there ain't no theme ;)
So do this for you. Then travel around blogworld (I see you mentioned the guitar so I *think* you could search out blogs that talk about that and you comment there and people look you up and voila - you'll have a bunch of women peeking in and a bunch of people looking for your voice ;)
On that note I think you might like Merlin (he's in the UK and I think his blog is music based - Jenster, do you go to Holly's? You could find his link through there) and you can just lurk (sit silently in the stands and watch)
So have fun and do as you please (or as Jenster pleases) ;)
CindyS
Yeah...what everybody else said...no rules.
You people are supposed to be MY friends!! What's up with that??
We're intrigued by all that we could learn about you from a charming guy like Mr Todd.... 0:o)
Oh, Barb. All you have to do is read my blog to find out all there is to know about me. I mean, come on. If I'm willing to write down all my reconstruction experiences, surely I'm willing to write down everything else...
You really don't need his blog...
hello hello!!!
welcome to the blogosphere
Ok, call it Mr Todd's perspective on the Jenster life. And where's the blog spruce-up???
